Raghava engaged an experienced consultant team to shape IRIS as a contemporary architectural landmark. Principal architecture and urban design focused on slender tower forms, generous terraces and a dramatic Sky Island that crowns all three towers. The team selected BURO for structural consultancy and Happold (UK) for advanced structural detailing to ensure efficiency and safety in high-rise conditions. ENESS and Aeon handled MEP design to integrate robust services and energy efficiency. A Singapore-based landscape consultant crafted the podium gardens, jogging loops and social lawns to link built form with nature. Architects prioritised large floor plates, double-glazed aluminium fenestration, and high-quality material palettes to deliver plush interiors and a distinctive exterior language.
